Extended Life Filter Bag

FSI Filtration offers the new Extended Life filter bag as a balance between increased efficiency and capacity versus cost. It offers about twice the surface area of a standard bag.

The Extended Life filter bag has been field proven to hold at least twice the amount of contaminants than a standard filter bag, therefore reducing waste volumes and bag changes. The integral metal or plastic ring collar makes installation and disposal easier. The Extended bag is about twice the length of a standard bag, and you simply tuck the bottom of the bag back up into the main cylinder of the element. When the bottom of the bag reaches the neck of the collar, the bag should now be the size of a standard bag, and fit most housings.

The Extended Life Filter bag is available in Polyester Felt and Polypropylene Felt Media and a variety of Micron Ratings. Different materials are available upon request.

Polypropylene Felt Media: 200°F (93.3° C)
Micron Ratings Available: (1, 5, 10, 25, 50, & 100)
